If you don’t have anything nice to say

 Have you ever heard, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all?”

It’s a nice way to say, “Your negative attitude is leaking all over my day.”

Sometimes I have to tell that to myself. My negativity breeds negativity. My positivity breeds positivity.

Kind words are like honey, sweet to the soul and healthy to the body. - Proverbs 16:24

Words kill. Words give life. They’re either poison or fruit. You choose. - Proverbs 18:21

Choosing your words wisely when you speak to yourself, and filtering your words to yourself through scripture helps you to help yourself. Choosing the words that are in agreement with God’s word makes a big difference! It can adjust a bad attitude real quick, if you choose wisely.
