Mexican Casserole

2 lb Ground hamburger meat

Chopped onions

Can hot enchilada sauce

1 can chili peppers, small

1 can mushroom soup

1 can water

1 lb sharp cheddar cheese

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Large pkg cool ranch Doritos

Brown meat and onions, add enchilada sauce. In sauce pan; heat water, mushroom soup, chili peppers, salt and pepper. Grease casserole dish, layer crushed Doritos in bottom of casserole pan layer meat mixture, top with mushroom soup put cheese over this then rest of crushed Doritos. Bake about 25- 30 min at 350 degrees.
