The Grandkids

Went to see the grandkids this week, John and Amanda had to go to Oklahoma City overnight for a business meeting so I took care of the kids.

They are really very self sufficient, but sometime Dakota and Emmit need someone to break them up. Everything will be just fine then "boom" they are at each others throats. Five minutes later everything is great.

Wed night we went over to Miss Bea's to visit. Her grandkids were down from Wyoming. The kids ate watermelon, had a watermelon seed spitting contest and played till they were exhausted. Everyone had a great time.

Quintin school started last week, Emmit is in third grade, Dakota is in seventh and Alex is a Freshman. They ride the bus (it comes at 7:10am) so they have to be ready to leave by 7am.

Came back home Friday so I could go be at work on Saturday.
